It doesn't get any better does it?
An early 3 mile plod this morning plus 2 x 1.5 miles walking to and from meetings.
Another 2 days here before a brief trip home.
3 miles in this heat is good going. Well done beanz!
This heat does make things difficult.If I can't get out early in the morning I don't run.Having said that the early mornings are lovely.
