Rather than feel miserable that I can't fit in the training I'd like to do I decided just to get out and do what I can - and match my racing to what is possible.
So I got up and did 4 miles before going off to Sheffield for the day.
And felt much better for having done it :>))

we can get so stressed out just trying to fit everything in.
I read a comment somewhere today (I think it was on the MIND site), "stop rowing and start sailing". I think that is what you are trying to say Beanz?
I do believe you are right Mrs!
It's all very well getting caught up in training schedules etc but in the end we run for fun.
