worth it!
all the ferrrying runnerbeanz around for training is paying off - yesterday he ran a storming PB in a 10km - and not on a straightforward course - twists and turns, hills, mud ....
What a star he is Beanz. No wonder you are proud of him.
I don't know how you fit a life in around a job like that, let along running, so I think you are doing really well with all that you do. Weekend runs and a club one sound a good idea.
He wants to do another 10k to better his time but he has a few weeks of hard training ahead for all the big XC races in the New Year - county, northerns, nationals
